The 3rd Annual Red CARpet Safety Awareness Event, hosted by Ali Landry, her company Favored.by and Club MomMe, This year’s event takes place on Sunday, September 28th at the Skirball Center in Los Angeles.
Did you know that 4 out of every 5 car seats are NOT installed properly? That’s 80% of children who are riding around unsafe in cars. Sadly over 9,000 children die each year in the United States due to unintended injuries. In fact, motor vehicle accidents are the leading cause of death of children 3 and older in the United States.
According to Ali Landry company’s website, ‘the Red CARpet Safety Awareness Event is a celebrity driven event that aims to bring national awareness to child and car seat safety.’
This has been and will continue to be a great event for celebrities and influencers to champion a great cause and use their influence and voice to educate families on how to prevent these tragic stories.
There are two main areas of our event: the RedCARpet- an over-sized red carpet where celebrities will be able to drive their vehicles on, get their children’s height and weight measured and find expert car seat safety technicians on hand to demonstrate proper car seat installation & use; We also have our Safety Land- which features numerous safety zones and a fun filled area of exhibits, and games. This is the place to learn about the safety features of products and how to safely use products that are best for your child in the car, on the go, at home, in the nursery, in the water and much more. There will also be experts on hand in sport, water and baby-wearing safety communicating safety tips to those in attendance.
The event will also provide parents & families with a fun-filled safety event to learn about Car Seat Safety,Nursery Safety, On-The-Go Safety, Sports Safety, Food Safety, Baby-Wearing Safety, and Product & Body Care Safety. Celebrities, influencers and families will also discover many of the best safety products for maternity, baby and toddler from national and local companies, along with offering an inspiring menu of lectures, seminars and demonstrations from renowned experts in the world of family and parenting.
Celebrate this star-studded day of family-friendly fun and learn about a wide range of safety products from family-owned businesses to large corporations all helping to drive awareness of this critical issue. This year looks to be the biggest event to date.
