Baked Chicken Drumsticks

This is a simple to make and tasty recipe, chicken meat is healthy easy to cook. Follow the instruction below, but you can always give or add some ingredients and make something yourself.

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 teaspoons water

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

¹⁄8 teaspoon ground black pepper

¼ teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 tablespoon unbleached

All-purpose flour

4 chicken drumsticks

STEP 1. Mix together all the ingredients except the chicken in an 8″ Ч 8″ baking dish. Add the chicken and toss to coat with the marinade. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

STEP 2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the baking dish in the oven on the middle rack. Bake for 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 180°F.

STEP 3. Remove the skin from the chicken. Cut the meat off the bone (leaving a little meat on the drumstick for later), and cut the meat into small pieces. Serve warm.
